OUR STORY

The Andréa Rizzo Foundation was established in memory of Andréa Rizzo, a beautiful young woman who survived childhood cancer and was tragically killed by a drunk driver at age twenty-four. Andréa’s dream was to become a dance therapist and give children with cancer and disabilities the gift of dance. With the support of many, her dream has become a reality.

DANCE ACROSS AMERICA ®

Dance Across America® is a concept designed to support Dréa’s Dream, a pediatric dance therapy/expressive movement program benefiting children with cancer and special needs in pediatric hospitals across the country as well as Ronald McDonald Houses and public schools. It is a unique way of combining DANCE and COMPASSION to help children with cancer and special needs
