The Andréa Rizzo Foundation’s Celebrity Support has come from celebrities who have given of their time and talent to brighten the lives of children with cancer and special needs through the Dréa’s Dream pediatric dance/movement therapy program.

The Andréa Rizzo Foundation Celebrity Supporters can let their friends and family know they are supporting the only non-profit organization that raises funds to exclusively provide dance/movement therapy programming – Dréa’s Dream – to children with cancer and special needs in renowned hospitals and public schools nationwide, under the supervision of highly credentialed dance/movement therapists.

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a national reach, we are selective. We invite only celebrities who reflect a positive image in the public eye as well as a sincere appreciation for dance – as therapy – to visit our children with cancer and special needs in hospitals and schools.

If you are a celebrity who would like to be part of our team, Contact Us for more information.

Special Thanks!

Carrie Ann Inaba

The Andréa Rizzo Foundation is honored to have been able to escort patients from renowned pediatric hospitals in Los Angeles to Dancing With the Stars.  Each patient has been thrilled to have front row seats and meet judge Carrie Ann Inaba after the show and then go backstage for a photo op with all of the dancers.  The Andréa Rizzo Foundation is grateful to Dancing With the Stars for offering a gift that is a “dream come true” for these young patients who are truly deserving.
Special thanks to our National Celebrity Spokesperson, Carrie Ann Inaba, for giving of her time and effort to launch or Los Angeles based programs at renowned children’s hospitals and to  spread the word about Dréa’s Dream via many media outlets as well as holding online auctions to support our cause. She has also offered Meet & Greets at Dancing With The Stars that certainly have made pediatric cancer patients feel very special.

Jane Seymour

The Andréa Rizzo Foundation is especially grateful to actress, artist and philanthropist, Jane Seymour and the Open Hearts Foundation as they honored President, Susan Rizzo Vincent at their first Open Hearts Foundation Gala  and awarded the foundation a $10,000 gift to further Drea’s Dream pediatric dance therapy programs nationwide. Jane Seymour continues to support our programs by visiting and participating in sessions with our pediatric patients in New York City and Los Angeles.

Misty Copeland

We are so very grateful to American Ballet Theatre Principal Dancer, Misty Copeland, for lighting up the lives of pediatric patients by participating in Dréa’s Dream at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center as well as arranging for patients and their families to attend the American Ballet Theatre’s production at Lincoln Center, NYC.
